Welcome to Majestic Cleaning of Palm Beach. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the Client) and Majestic Cleaning of Palm Beach (the Company) for the provision of professional cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and Majestic Cleaning of Palm Beach. By booking or utilizing our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
- Services Provided
The Company offers various cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Standard Home Cleaning (apartments and homes)
Deep Cleaning
Post-Construction Cleaning
Office Cleaning
Housekeeping
The scope of each service is detailed on our website or service materials. Any additional tasks must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges.
- Booking and Scheduling
Services can only be performed through this website.
Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to secure your preferred time.
The Client must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
If the cleaning team cannot access the property due to locked doors or other issues, a “lockout fee” may apply.
- Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Late payments are subject to a 5% monthly penalty.
A deposit may be required for certain services, especially for large-scale or post-construction cleaning.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances, such as services not rendered due to an issue on our end. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date, either via email to majesticcleaningpb@outlook.com or by calling (561) 290 – 3860.
- Access to Property
The Client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
If entry is delayed by more than 15 minutes due to locked doors or other access issues, the service may be rescheduled, and a lockout fee will apply.
For safety reasons, pets should be secured during cleaning.
- Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
Removing valuable, fragile, or personal items from cleaning areas to prevent accidental damage or misplacement.
Providing accurate information about the property, including hazards, areas requiring special care, and specific cleaning needs.
Ensuring a safe environment for the cleaning team, including proper lighting and ventilation.
Notifying the Company of any issues or changes to the service scope prior to the scheduled cleaning.
The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from conditions or hazards not disclosed prior to the service.
- Liability
While we take every precaution to deliver quality service, the Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
The Company carries liability insurance to cover accidental damages caused by our team. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
The Company is not responsible for:
Loss or damage to personal items left in cleaning areas unless negligence by the cleaning team is proven.
Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, such as loose fixtures, worn surfaces, or faulty appliances.
Incidents resulting from the improper handling of hazardous materials present on the property.
The Company reserves the right to deny compensation if claims are not submitted within the specified time frame or if evidence is insufficient.
- Service Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns with a complimentary re-cleaning of the affected area.
Re-cleaning requests are limited to the original scope of work as outlined in the service agreement.
The guarantee does not apply if:
The Client modifies the area after the service has been completed.
Issues arise from factors outside the Company’s control, such as structural defects or external contamination.
Feedback provided beyond 24 hours will be addressed at the Company’s discretion and may incur additional charges for further services.
- Health and Safety
The Company uses safe and approved cleaning products. If the Client has specific sensitivities or allergies, this must be communicated in advance.
Our team follows strict safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and sanitizing equipment between jobs.
The Client must inform the Company of any hazardous materials or unsafe conditions at the property.
- Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Services may be terminated by the Company if:
The Client violates the Terms and Conditions.
The environment is unsafe for the cleaning team.
Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
- For your convenience and to ensure smooth service, all communication regarding your cleaning services—including cancellations, additional requests, or special service instructions—must be handled directly with Majestic Cleaning of Palm Beach administration. Please do not provide instructions or requests directly to the cleaning team, as this may cause miscommunication. Our office will gladly coordinate everything on your behalf
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and Clients will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or updates posted on our website.
- Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
